Paraon Photography is a registered and insured small LLC business in Silver Spring, Maryland specializing in event photography, headshot photography, and conservation photography.
See below for services and session fees. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure the session date. The remaining balance is due before the Scope of Work begins.

Event Photography
Event photography coverage includes one professional event photographer providing coverage of your special event. I will concentrate on capturing the required images per your scope, and the important details and candid human interaction of people having a great time and enjoying the moment. Let me know what matters the most and I will capture the moments, the VIPs, branding, and create impactful images that shows the emotions and essence of your story for your celebration, brand, and marketing. I will risk my ass to create images of those lively and gregarious people having way too much fun at your parties and celebrations or trying not to distract the highly focused individuals intoxicated from excessive knowledge being absorbed at your conference or corporate event to capture that stunning image from a unique perspective.
Event Photography Session fee - Starting at $175/hour (pending scope)
Minimum two (2) hours of photography coverage
Additional cost for posed large group images (pending scope)
Event photography session fee is based on an individual photographer to provide candid photographic coverage of your special event, pre-planning, meetings and discussions to develop the scope of work, a detailed Shot List, post processing and editing, minor retouching to standard specifications, and management of a secured online gallery of your images. I have the capability to cover small to medium size events (up to 500 people). Larger events (over 500 people, breakout sessions, workshops, etc.) may require an additional photographer(s) to make sure everything is documented.
The event photography session includes your project’s required high-resolution, minimal retouched, digital JPEG images for your personal and business branding, and license use. All the final images captured during your event will be on a private online gallery for you and your event participants to view, share, order prints and digital images for a limited time.
You will receive your high-resolution retouched digital JPEG images on a private online gallery in 1 to 3 business days. Depending on the size of the event and images required. Additional requested retouching available at an additional fee (depending on the retouching requirements and number of images).
Photo Booth services are not available.
Headshot Photography
My sessions are flexible, so you get exactly what you need. Do you need different looks that will make you, your brand, and business look its best? You want just one look? I can be on location at your place of residence, business, or another location of your choice with a pop-up photography studio. All headshot images include post processing and minor retouching to my specs and unlimited licensing of the image for your personal and business branding.
Your session pre-planning includes discussions on what your images will be used for, and where your images will be used, and outfits and branding coordination to develop the right look and tell your story. During your session I will work with you to capture a variety of poses and expressions that you are comfortable with and makes you feel confident. Exploring your inner model persona and lighting scenarios to capture the mood and your true essence.
After your session you will receive your high-resolution retouched digital image in JPEG format (Each image includes three digital file formats, JPEG 2024px for web use, JPEG Full size highest quality, and JPEG Instagram optimized) on a secured online gallery the next business day after your session, if not the same day as your session. Additional requested retouching available at an additional fee (depending on the retouching requirements and number of images).
One Headshot Session
One-Headshot Session Fee - $300

When you just need a simple headshot, for a profile photo to represent and elevate your brand on your social media page and website, I bring the photography studio to you. I can be on location at your place of residence, business, or another location of your choice with a pop-up photography studio.
The One Headshot Session fee includes one (01) retouched high-resolution digital JPEG image, travel expenses, post processing, editing, license use, and private online gallery for viewing and ordering prints and additional digital images. Each image look includes three (03) digital file formats (JPEG 2048px for web use, JPEG Full size highest quality, and JPEG Instagram optimized)
