A 50% non-refundable retainer advance is required to initiate production and secure the session date. The remaining balance is due before the session begins.

Event Photography
Event photography coverage includes one professional event photographer providing coverage of your special event. I will concentrate on capturing the required images per your scope, and the important details and candid human interaction of people having a great time and enjoying the moment. Let me know what matters the most and I will capture the moments, the ambience, VIPs, branding, and create impactful images that shows the emotions and essence of your story for your celebration, branding, and marketing. I will risk my ass to create images of those lively and gregarious people having an abundance of fun at your parties and celebrations or trying not to distract the highly focused individuals intoxicated from excessive knowledge being absorbed, active, and engaged at your conference, seminar, ceremonies, or corporate event and capture that stunning image from a unique perspective.
Event Photography Session Rate: $180/hour (pending scope of work)
Minimum two (2) hours of photography coverage
Additional cost for posed large group images (pending scope of work)

Event photography session rate is based on an individual photographer to provide candid photographic coverage of your special event, planning, research, meetings to develop the scope of work, a detailed Shot List, post processing and editing, minor retouching to standard specifications (spec retouched), and management of a secured online gallery of your images. I have the capability to cover small to medium size events (up to 500 people). Larger events (over 500 people, breakout sessions, workshops, etc.) may require an additional photographer(s) to provide comprehensive event coverage.
The event photography session includes your project’s required high-resolution, spec retouched, digital JPEG images for your personal and business branding, marketing materials, and social media campaigns for an unlimited license usage in perpetuity. All the final images captured during your event will be on a private online gallery for you and your event participants to view, share, order prints and digital images for a limited time.
You will receive your high-resolution spec retouched digital JPEG images on a private online gallery in 1 to 3 business days, unless noted otherwise. Depending on the size of the event and images required. Additional requested retouching available at an additional fee (depending on the retouching requirements and number of images).
Photo Booth services are not available.
Headshot Photography
My sessions are flexible, so you get exactly what you need. Do you need different looks that will make you, your brand, and business look its best? You want just one look? I can be on location at your place of residence, business, or another location of your choice with a pop-up photography studio. All headshot images include post processing and minor retouching to my specs and unlimited usage license of the image for your personal and business branding in your website and social media.
Your session includes planning discussions on what your images will be used for, and where your images will be used, and outfits and branding coordination to develop the right look to tell your story and create visuals that will enrich your brand and marketing assets. During your session I will work with you to capture a variety of poses and expressions that you are comfortable with and makes you feel confident. Exploring your inner model persona and lighting scenarios to capture the emotions and your true essence.
After your session you will receive your high-resolution retouched digital image in JPEG format (Each image includes three digital file formats, JPEG 2024px for web use, JPEG Full size highest quality, and JPEG Instagram optimized), on a secured online gallery the next business day after your session, if not the same day as your session. Additional requested retouching available at an additional fee and may require additional time (depending on the retouching requirements and number of images).

The One Headshot Session fee includes multiple looks, one (01) retouched high-resolution digital JPEG image, travel expenses, post processing, editing, spec retouching, license use, private online gallery for viewing, delivery, ordering prints and additional digital images.
Additional Image Fee - $25 per image
